Medway Escalator Services Limited is an independent company. Directors (Owners) are Dave Mander and Mark Bucknell.
Respectively have over 30 years experience in the trade.We cover the whole country offering a total repair,servicing, electrical and refurbishment service as well as a supply and fit service.
We refurbish a wide range of good quality parts including steps, gear boxes, drive shafts, knuckle joints etc. Also including a complete step band refurbishment service involving steam cleaning, re powder coating and new rollers on steps. We stock a wide range of second hand refurbished steps including Thyssen, Otis, O&K and Kone.

We can supply and fit all types of chain including step chain (re-chaining of escalator), drive chains, triplex, duplex and single link.
We also offer a handrail supply and fit, joint vulcanising and handrail repair service on a wide range of escalators.
Although being directors of the company we prefer and enjoy to work alongside our engineers on site on a daily basis offering a more personal service, enabling us to keep hourly rates and fixed pricing low and very competitive.
